So I am convinced there is nothing like randomly up and running away. I love my car to death because its such a trooper and I drive it everywhere. As most of you have seen, I have a few new pictures from Ohio and a couple of places in Detroit, but what most of you don't know, is that I frequently run away to random cities in order to get some amazing photos. Also, I have my dog with me for protection, because shes ferocious looking, and because she loves car rides and abandoned buildings almost as much as I do.
This last trip has landed me in Gary, IN, again. Honestly, its a really nice place. The first day was kind of rough because of all the cops basically sitting everywhere I wanted to go. The trip was totally worth it though, when on the second day I got to the Gary Methodist Church, and ran into two twin harp players inside the church. Not only was it beautiful to listen to, but I also ran into another photographer there who was from Pennsylvania. We spent the day exploring a few of Gary's ruins, and then I headed out to check out surrounding areas. Currently I am posting this from a McDonald's in Gary, but I will have pictures up soon enough.
Oh, and I have learned of a new term for urban exploring, its called gorilla photography, which I find to be a funny term, but none the less.
Also, Chicago is nothing but a giant outdoor shopping mall with no parking, bad smells, loud people, and wind. I would of loved to have gone and checked it out, but parking is too much and I have the dog with me.
- Listening to: some crap radio station
- Watching: the odd people around me

Too many think I'm a concept. I complete them or I'm gonna make them feel alive, but I'm just a fucked up girl looking for my own piece of mind. Don't assign me yours.
Kurtz was a remarkable man. He had something to say. He said it.
